Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, CWB Optimum Mortgage would like to express our deepest concern for you, your families and the communities surrounding.  That same concern is extended to our own organization and staff. 


Well-being and safety is top of mind 

CWB Optimum Mortgage is putting new processes in place for the health and safety of our teams, their families and our communities. This will result in an impact to service levels from what you are used to from us. Our first phase was pulling our sales force off the road for your piece of mind and ours.  The next phase was practicing social distancing in the office and setting up our internal teams to work remotely.  We are determined and hard at work to get our teams set up and get back to the service you are used to as best as we can. We ask for your patience as those systems are put in place over the coming days.

Communication is key. Here's what works best

To ensure you have the help and information you need, when you need it, your Business Development Manager (BDM) is here for you as your first point of contact for any questions or concerns about potential or active files. If you are looking to reach your Underwriter or Mortgage Documentation Officer, communication by email is highly encouraged and is the most efficient way to get in contact.
